Which provinces does Mayday Bilişim serve?
We are based in Gaziantep and provide installation and on-site service in all 81 provinces of Turkey. We offer 24/7 support by phone, WhatsApp and remote connection.
What is the difference between Mayday POS and Orva POS?
Both are POS and order management software from the Mayday Bilişim group, and both keep working when the internet goes down. Mayday POS has a hybrid structure that combines desktop and cloud; Orva POS is fully cloud-based. We decide together which one suits your business.
Why don't you list prices on the site?
The cost of a system varies with the number of devices, your existing hardware, integrations and installation conditions. Instead of selling everyone the same package, we give a clear, business-specific proposal after a survey. Just fill in the quote form.
Do you only sell software?
No. We select the hardware, install the software, train your team and provide service afterwards. Besides POS, order management and barcode systems, we also do security cameras, video walls, menu boards, sound systems, smart workplace solutions and custom software projects.
Do you integrate with fiscal cash registers (ÖKC)?
Yes. Mayday POS works integrated with Hugin fiscal cash registers. If you use a different brand and model, we confirm compatibility during the survey and state it in the proposal.
Can I use my existing hardware?
In most cases, yes. During the survey we evaluate your computers, printers, readers, scales and cameras, and we keep using the suitable ones.
How do I get support after installation?
You can reach our support line 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp. Most software issues are resolved through a remote connection; when needed, we provide on-site service in 81 provinces.
Do you do custom software projects?
Yes. Where ready-made programs fall short, we develop desktop, web and mobile software specific to your business and integrate it with your existing systems and devices.
Which systems do you install for factories and buildings?
Under smart workplace solutions, we plan camera, alarm and automation systems in a single project, install video walls for monitoring rooms and, when needed, connect these systems to each other with custom software.
